Training isn't handed to you. It's built with you.


I coach a small number of people closely, which means the programme fits each person. Together, we find the work that's hard in the right way and learn to stay with it. That's where progress lives; in the work that's demanding in the right way, done consistently over time.

Everything is built one-to-one. No templates, no apps standing in for a coach, no wondering what the last six weeks were for.

You get a coach who knows your training history, watches how you move, and adjusts in real time. Coaching is a connection, not a download.

All training runs in a private Auckland facility, on your own schedule, with a coach on the floor. Every option begins with a conversation — these prices are a guide, not a checkout.

Membership
$299 / mo

Your programming plus access to the supervised training floor. Train when it suits you, with a coach present to watch, cue, and adjust — and a programme built for you that keeps moving. The long-term home for people who train independently but want eyes on them.

Membership + weekly 1:1
$599 / mo

First 3 months $499 — a foundations term, then $599.

Everything in membership, plus a dedicated one-to-one each week. Your foundations term — the fastest way to build technique, learn how to actually train, and get the programme dialled before you run more on your own. Most people start here for three to six months.

Membership + two weekly 1:1s
$999 / mo

Everything above, with a second one-to-one each week. The highest-touch option — for athletes in a focused build, or anyone who wants maximum coached time on the floor.

I've coached privately for a decade. Athletes, competitors, and busy professionals.

Alongside coaching, I'm completing a PhD in Sport & Exercise Science, establishing new methods for athletic assessment. It keeps the practice honest and current — but the coaching stands on its own.
